So, with DDPYoga, I'm just sticking to the schedule as laid out in front of me.

At this point, I either get frustrated, or meander, respectively. When I'm working a program, whatever it is, a lot of my trouble comes when I try to skip ahead or do my own thing. One other thing, DDP looks weird on the DDP EXTREME DVDs, the man should never shave his mustache off ever again. I also have DDP Yoga Extreme and have devised an additional 7 week program for after the initial 13 weeks expire as I work my way up to (hopefully) doing the DDP Extreme Psycho Workout. Looking forward to getting to Double Black Diamond. It also gives me the option to switch either of those out for Mix Tape which has also been an interesting workout. A few weeks ago I got Strength Builder and Stand Up! added into the regime. It's fun and I look forward to a new workout coming up every few weeks. I used to have to drop to a knee because my quads/thighs felt like they were on fire. Now having done most of the workouts for over two months, Energy! is a lot easier. This way, whenever I end up doing, say, Energy! again, I notice how much I have improved as it kicked my ass the first few times I did it. I haven't skipped ahead or dropped any workouts I might have outgrown. I have been following the workout program each week.
